A1: Our minimum order quantity is generally 100 pieces. Although we do not have a maximum order quantity cap, large orders may require longer production times, and we will communicate this in advance.
Q2: Can you do custom designs?

A2: Custom design is accepted; you can send us your idea, color, fabric, and more requests or physical samples for follow-up or modification accordingly. We have a professional and efficient team to follow up on your specific demands within 24 hours.
Q3: Do you charge for customized leather bag solutions?

Q4: What artwork format do you accept?

A4:We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD files.
Q5: How do I get a sample and a time?

A5: We can proceed with the samples with counter samples, pictures, or designs, and the sample fee is always refundable after the order is confirmed. The courier or shipping cost will be well calculated to try to save you money. The sample lead time is 3–7 days.
Q6: What is the typical production schedule for custom leather bags?

A6:Customized leather bag production usually takes about 25–35 days, including design, manufacturing, and quality inspection. The exact time may vary based on your design and order size.
Q7: How is the price of your custom leather bag determined?

A7:After your project is submitted, based on your quote request, we will obtain your bag project specifications (including quantity, leather material type, bag size, design complexity, and customization level) and prepare a quote estimate for you within 1-2 business days.

Q8: How do I use the limit discount?

A8: No matter the sample orders or mass production orders, before you pay them, please email or send TM Messenger to us and show us the tickets and the items you want to proceed with. We will then reduce the cost and send the final PI for payment.
Q9: How do I pay the deposit and balance?

A9: Trade assurance for mass production orders and samples. Paypal or Western Union for the sample fee will be OK.
Q10: How do you ship the goods?

A10: For bulk orders, usually by sea, sometimes by air if the goods need to be very urgent. And according to your specific needs, samples are provided through DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and other express delivery services.
Q11: What kind of payment you can provide?

A11: We can do EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP according to your detailed requirements.
