A Wonderful Recap of Our Guangxi Team-Building Trip!
After days of busy work, this September we set aside our tasks and embarked on a five-day journey through Guangxi. On this trip, we gained not only breathtaking scenery but also friendships even more moving than the mountains and rivers themselves.

Sailing the Li River—Becoming Part of the Scenery
“Guilin’s scenery is the best under heaven.” Cruising down the Li River, we finally understood the meaning of this famous saying. Towering peaks mirrored in the emerald water looked like a living ink painting. We flocked to the deck, no longer colleagues in stiff meeting rooms, but fellow travelers helping each other find the perfect photo angle. “Look over there!” “Take one for me!” Laughter and cheerful shouts echoed among the mountains and streams. The highlight was when we reached the spot featured on the 20 RMB bill—everyone instinctively pulled one out to compare, realizing we were truly “inside the painting.”

Bonfire Nights That Lit Up More Than the Sky
If we had to choose the most unforgettable moment of this trip, the bonfire party at Chengyang Bazhai would definitely win by a landslide! When the Dong women warmly pulled us into the dance, our initial shyness quickly melted away in the lively rhythm. Hand in hand, we circled the leaping flames. Even if we didn’t know the steps—or stepped on each other’s feet—it didn’t matter. Everyone’s face was glowing with childlike joy. In that moment, there were no departments, no titles—just one big joyful family. The firelight reflected our smiles, and the warmth spread from our hands straight to our hearts.

Exploring Nature and the Power of Walking Together
On day four, we visited Xiangqiao Karst Geological Park and were awed by nature’s craftsmanship. Passing through the peculiar stone forest, we suddenly arrived at the stunning Zhongdu Grassland. Standing on the vast expanse, we were instantly moved by the sense of freedom: some spread their arms wide, running under the warm sun; others were delighted by the gentle goats, horses, and cattle roaming the fields, who became our most natural photo companions.

From there, we continued to Xiangshui Waterfall. Cool mist washed over us, and someone shouted, “Group photo!” In an instant, everyone gathered, the shutter capturing our spirited energy. That day, we walked from the ruggedness of stone forests to the openness of grasslands, from the gentleness of animals to the warmth of teamwork. Each step was a gift of both nature and human connection.

Memories That Will Stay With Us
Though the five days passed quickly, the vivid memories remain etched in our hearts: drifting on bamboo rafts down the Yulong River, discovering local flavors in Dongxi Alley, savoring the famous aroma of snail noodles at the Liuzhou night market, and singing and laughing together on the bus rides.
Nearly a week has passed since we returned to work, yet the sunshine of Guangxi still warms us inside. This team-building trip brought us closer, strengthening our bonds naturally through joy and laughter. With these memories and renewed energy, we’re ready to face every challenge at work with greater unity and harmony.
Here’s to the next adventure together—toward even more beautiful horizons!
